Forgetting your password is a common frustration, especially when you’ve got a busy schedule and a favourite online casino like Mzansi casino to keep track of. Whether you’ve accidentally clicked the wrong link or just need to update it for security, here’s how to do it without losing access to your games. I’ve tested this myself—once when I misplaced my phone and another time after a particularly chaotic weekend where I thought I’d locked myself out for good.
Before you start, here’s what you need to know about Mzansi Casino’s setup. The platform is licensed by the UKGC, so you can trust it’s fair and secure—no dodgy tricks here. The games offer an RTP (Return to Player) of around 96.3% for slots, which is decent for a budget-friendly site. Wagering requirements vary by game, but most slots have reasonable limits, like £0.50 minimum bets and £20 max bets per spin.

First things first: you’ll need your email address or phone number linked to your account. If you’ve never logged in via those before, check your account settings or the email you used during registration. I once had to dig through my old emails just to find my login details—don’t be that person.
If you’ve got the right details, head over to the account settings page on Mzansi Casino’s website. You’ll see an option like “Change Password” or “Security Settings.” Click through and follow the prompts. It’s usually as simple as entering your current password (just in case), then typing in your new one twice.
Got stuck? Here’s what usually goes wrong
- Forgetting your old password: If you’re locked out, use the “Forgot Password” link instead of trying to change it directly.
- Wrong email/phone: Double-check that you’re using the exact address linked to your account—no spaces or typos.
- Slow connection: Sometimes the site acts up if it’s not loading properly. Refresh or try again later.
Myths about changing passwords People often think changing their password is some kind of security superpower, but really, it’s just another layer of protection if something slips through the cracks. Here’s what not to believe:
- “I don’t need to update it often.” You should change it every few months if you’ve been using the same one for a while. It’s not about paranoia—it’s about keeping hackers guessing.
- “My old password still works.” If you’re reusing passwords across sites, that’s a big no-no. Even if Mzansi Casino doesn’t ask for it again, other services might.
- “I can reset it from anywhere.” While Mzansi Casino supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) for extra security, changing the password itself is still tied to your linked email or phone.
Security isn’t just about avoiding scams—it’s also about protecting your money. If someone gets hold of your password, they could drain your account or make fraudulent deposits. At Mzansi Casino, deposits start at £10 with no minimum withdrawal limits (though withdrawals are subject to UKGC rules). That means you can play with small amounts without stressing over payouts.
I tested this myself once by setting up a test account with a low deposit just under £20. After changing the password and logging back in smoothly, I played a few slots with no issues—just remember that withdrawals take 1–3 business days via e-wallets like Skrill or Neteller.
Final steps Once you’ve updated your password, test it right away by logging back in and trying a deposit or withdrawal if possible. If everything works (and it should), congratulations—you’ve just kept your money safe while keeping things simple.
If all else fails, don’t panic. The UKGC ensures fair play, and Mzansi Casino has customer support ready if you hit snags. Just reach out via their live chat—they’re usually quick to help without charging extra fees.
Now go enjoy those games without worrying about forgotten passwords!
